I’m going to get right to the point: this is a crowd-pleaser. The only time this may not be a hit is if you were to bring it to an NAA meeting. You know, Nut Allergy Anonymous. That’s a thing, right?

It takes only 2 minutes to whip up (literally, less than 120 seconds), and it’s gobbled up just as fast. I like to serve it with pretzels or just about any vegetable (cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, snow peas, etc.) It’s a great addition to sandwiches, too!

Spicy Asian Peanut Dip

Serves 2 (can easily be multiplied)
– 1/4 cup all-natural peanut butter, such as Teddie or Smuckers brand
– 2 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
– 1 Tbs. sesame oil
– 2 tsp. hoisin sauce
– pinch red pepper flakes, or more to taste

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Add as many red pepper flakes as you’d like, depending on how spicy you’d like the dip to be. Enjoy!
